Citizens Bank of Edmond prides itself on its many programs that engage the Edmond and Oklahoma City communities. From October 2021 to August 2022, we collaborated with CBE on many projects to get the word about these community initiatives and expand its brand visibility.

Brochure

We created this branded brochure for CBE to use at events. It contained detailed information about the loan process for small businesses in both Spanish and English language versions.

Email

We helped CBE kick their emails up a notch with campaign strategy for their monthly emails and branded design. Together we keyed into more relevant content and ultimately reached an average of 49.2% open rate.

Presentations

To keep CBE’s visual branding consistent, we created a slick, adaptable presentation deck for staff to use at speaking engagements.

Blog

We helped CBE launch their blog by collaborating to develop relevant content. Our Twiggs Group copywriter created their first 20 blog posts, giving CBE a solid foundation to build on.

Social

Social media channels are more than an informational touchpoint for customers but also a way to have fun! We love to have fun with our banks and created these gif stickers to build approachable brand awareness.
