Since 2018, we have helped FBT stay true to this strong brand outlook. We have expanded their touchpoints with potential and existing customers and strengthened their brand marketing through consulting and strategy.

One of FBT’s community-building perks — free coffee in all its branches — was going unnoticed
We developed an eye-catching logo, in-branch signage and social media content to raise awareness of and celebrate Coffee with Heart.
In 2022, FBT changed how they connect with customers across lifecycles: they defined four distinct “seasons of life” and linked each season to specific financial products and services. We helped them spread the word about their new initiative.
Together we created the Seasons of Life campaign from conception to implementation with multi-channel communications and marketing.
If you’re a social media manager, we know it can be hard to do it all on your own. We support FBT’s social media team with high-quality, on-brand social graphics. We even created some fun gif stickers as another touchpoint to raise their brand visibility.
