We are available Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm, CST. We are closed on weekends and holidays. We will communicate our closing schedule in advance to ensure that all projects remain on track.
We prefer to communicate through Monday.com, our project management system, or via email. Should you need to text us, our contact information is below.
We also handle the communication of project details with our designers and copywriters. Occasionally, it’s more effective to involve them directly in discussions with you, where we are happy to schedule.
We invoice clients on the 1st or 15th of each month. Our preferred payment method is ACH. We can provide the necessary information to your accounts payable. If ACH is not an option, our next preference would be a check.
In the beginning, our goal is to familiarize ourselves with you and your needs. Whether through Zoom sessions or face-to-face meetings, we value the chance to connect with you and your team, attentively understanding your concerns and opportunities. Together, we will identify and prioritize potential projects. Our goal is to be an extension of your team and make your workload lighter.
A basic graphic design project is usually finished within 24-48 hours upon receiving all necessary information. Larger projects such as brochures, magazines, or marketing campaigns generally require a development period of around five working days. We will be in communication with you on the status of each project, requesting your feedback and approval.
We’ll provide the project file draft via Monday.com, seeking your feedback or approval. Once approved, we’ll deliver the final file in your required format. We can also send it directly to the publication if it’s a print or digital ad.
The Twiggs Group utilizes a project management system named Monday.com, which has significantly streamlined our operations and keeps us organized. We LOVE this platform and cannot imagine the current state of our operations without it!
